We created Kinda Hot Sauce because we believe that good hot sauce doesn't need to be hotter than the surface of the sun.

Or sear your tastebuds off.

Or send you running to the bathroom with a heart full of regret.

We believe good hot sauce should just be something delicious you can enjoy every day. Not something you do as a dare.

That's why we only use hot peppers from the middle of the Scoville scale to make great-tasting medium hot sauces. 

Carolina reaper? Don't care.

Naga Viper? Nah, we'll pass. 

Our sauce is hot enough.
